Under Lock and Key

Your safety is very important at Under Lock & Key. Our rooms are designed to be a safe experience for everyone. Breaking of any rules, damaging property, endangering yourself or other participants will result in your disqualification and may result in you being banned from the premises. All players must read and sign this waiver.
I UNDERSTAND THAT:
1. Players participate in our escape experiences at their own risk.
2. All rooms are under video and audio surveillance to assist players and prevent damage.
3. Any damages caused to physical property are the responsibility of the participant.
4. Playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.
5. Taking photos and recording videos in the escape rooms are not allowed.
6. The violation of any rules will result in the immediate disqualification from the escape, and no refund of the escape experience fee will be made.
Under Lock & Key Rules
1. Please do not use force!! DO NOT remove carpet, baseboard, paneling or ceiling tiles - all needed props are easily accessible. Please be gentle with our props and do not write on books, walls or furniture.
2. We will allow you to keep your cellphone… however… Taking photos, videos, or recording of any kind during the game is prohibited. Please do not use your flashlight. If a flashlight is required it will be supplied to you. You are under video and audio surveillance – If we see you breaking any rules, your escape room experience will end immediately. No refunds will be given.
3. Please do not spoil the game for others by disclosing clues, solutions and hints after your experience. Tell others how much fun you had, but allow them the same experience you received.
RELEASE:
I hereby waive whatsoever without limitation that I might have against Under Lock & Key, the Owners of the property on which the live escape games and events are being played and any other players who might injure me howsoever arising and I make this release on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators.
Players under 18 years old must be signed for by a parent/guardian prior to participation.
